Marty the Party Cat is an exuberant goofball with long arms and legs that can stretch and wheels that pop out of his sneakers. His big heart and ability to laugh at himself make him irresistibly fun and loveable. He can use his Party Tail to magically change the look of the Party Room to fit any occasion. He loves to sing and dance, play games, and throw confetti!
